By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Service across any platform (Website, iOS, or Android), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Visumé is a professional networking and job search platform that connects job seekers with employers across web and mobile platforms. Our services include:

• Job posting, searching, and application capabilities
• Professional profile creation and management
• Video resume (Visume) creation, uploading, and sharing
• In-app and website messaging and communication tools
• Interview scheduling and management
• Professional recommendations and endorsements

3. User Accounts & Access

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service on our website or mobile apps, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account across all platforms. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@visumejobs.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

All subscription pricing, billing intervals, features, and benefits are clearly displayed on the billing pages within the Website and Mobile Applications prior to purchase.

4.1 Apple App Store Purchases (iOS)

• Payments will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

4.2 Google Play Store Purchases (Android)

• Payments will be charged to your Google Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the Subscriptions section in the Google Play Store app.

4.3 Website Purchases

• Payments made directly on our website are processed through our secure third-party payment gateways.
• Recurring web subscriptions automatically renew using the payment method provided at checkout unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle via your website Account Settings.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any profile data, text, graphics, videos (including video resumes), or other materials you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("Your Content").

By uploading or submitting Your Content via our Website or Mobile Applications, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, stream, and distribute it across our platforms to provide and promote the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

You agree that Your Content will not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

6. Platform Usage & Store Guidelines

• Apple App Store: You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Visumé only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Google Play Store: You acknowledge that your use of the Android application complies with the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not use our Service (Website or Mobile Applications):

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To upload viruses, trojans, or any other type of malicious code that could compromise platform functionality
• To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape any portion of our Website or Mobile Applications

In no event shall Visumé, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill—resulting from your access to or inability to access the Service across web or mobile platforms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visumé operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice (via our Website, in-app notifications, or email) prior to any new terms taking effect.
